If you do good to one person, you may then be wronged by another and feel injured,
and so say or do something foolish,
thus dissipating by your bad action what you gained by your good action.
This is just what the demons want; so always be attentive.
Consecrated Sisters
The word “consecrated” means separated from common use to sacred use; by which a person or a thing is dedicated to the service and worship of God by prayers, rites, and ceremonies. Following in the footsteps of the Mother of God, many females responded to the call of service and virginity. St. Phoebe was a deaconess who helped St. Paul (Rom 16:1-2).
